Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer

What you'll do

• Partner with large financial institutions to design, implement, and deploy secure, scalable solutions in production environments.
• Translate regulatory, security, and compliance requirements into technical designs and deployment plans.
• Design and build secure integrations using APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
• Contribute production-grade code and reusable components that evolve into core product capabilities.
• Serve as the technical lead for customer deployments, including architecture reviews and risk assessments.
• Identify systemic gaps in deployments and convert them into scalable product enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure, data, and security layers.
• Develop reference architectures and deployment patterns specifically for regulated environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Advanced degree and minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Equivalent related work experience is acceptable in lieu of specific degrees or years.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to design, implement, and deploy secure, scalable solutions in production environments.
• Experience translating regulatory, security, and compliance requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to travel approximately 40-50% of the time to customer sites.
