What you'll do

Partner with strategic customers to understand their architecture, workflows, security requirements, and business objectives.
Translate complex customer problems into scalable solution designs, reference architectures, and working prototypes.
Investigate and troubleshoot production-level platform issues including data ingestion, identity resolution, and journey orchestration.
Design and validate end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and adjacent Adobe systems.
Lead architecture workshops, health checks, and technical deep-dives to build customer trust.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on new capabilities using AI-assisted development tools.
Feed field patterns and customer needs back into the product roadmap for engineering implementation.
Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from initial discovery through implementation and go-live.

What we're looking for

8–15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
Ability to write code, build prototypes, and ship working software.
Experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions across multiple products and systems.
Proficiency in data modeling, including schema design, identity resolution, and data pipeline architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, including infrastructure patterns and managed services.
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, AJO, RTCDP, CJA, Target) (preferred).
Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Government (preferred).
