The Forward Deployed Engineer joins the Engineering team to bridge the gap between core product development and specific customer needs within the Enterprise Suite. What we're looking for
5 to 10+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-embedded engineering role.
Deep experience with Agentic AI including LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, multi-agent systems, RAG, and vector stores.
Experience with LLMs and tooling such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist, and prompt engineering.
Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
Ability to manage multiple technical deployments simultaneously under delivery pressure and lead technical troubleshooting calls with customers.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into executable requirements and communicate insights to both engineers and executives.
Background in high-growth SaaS, applied AI, or fintech/ERP/accounting-adjacent domains (preferred).
Domain experience in construction, nonprofit, manufacturing, wealth management, healthcare, franchise, or field services (preferred).
