The role requires expertise in RC extraction, device physics, and low-power techniques like multi-Vt design and clock gating. You will utilize tools such as PrimeTime, ICC2, RedHawk, and Tempus, while performing data analysis using Python, Tcl, JMP, or C++ to improve STA-to-silicon correlation at advanced nodes including 3nm and beyond.
