Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Translate end-user and customer needs into implementable and verifiable system requirements.
• Perform core systems engineering tasks including trade studies, requirements management, and design reviews.
• Generate verifiable product-level requirements from high-level system requirements.
• Develop and support complex system designs, service delivery, and operational analysis.
• Create test plans, procedures, and cases to support system validation and verification.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to support the professional development of other employees.
• Deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
• Manage large projects and processes by delegating work and reviewing work products.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of Link 16 (preferred).
• Knowledge of test equipment including O-Scopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, and Signal Generators (preferred).
• Experience with RF Chain Analysis, MBSE, or designing Test Fixtures and Interface Test Adapters (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
