What you'll do

Develop software for embedded devices and electronic warfare systems from requirements through production.
Lead significant software features, integrations, and technical execution activities across the development lifecycle.
Define technical direction for specific features or subsystems in support of complex programs.
Interface software and hardware components while developing operational performance requirements.
Create software test plans, procedures, and other relevant technical documentation.
Participate in peer reviews to identify, track, and repair software defects.
Utilize various programming languages and tools on Windows, Linux, and real-time operating systems.
Provide technical input for software bids and proposals in response to customer and government requests.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Advanced proficiency with C++ (preferred).
Experience with object-oriented software development using C++ (preferred).
Experience with embedded real-time software development in Linux (preferred).
Experience with high-performance and multi-threaded programming (preferred).
Experience working with Department of Defense programs (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
