The candidate must provide technical leadership to resolve design and integration challenges for Electronic Attack Mission Systems and Digital ICS products. Required skills include experience in aircraft integration, test, and delivery, as well as proficiency in software, hardware, or systems engineering. The role requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

What you'll do

Lead cross-functional engineering teams in program execution and bid/proposal activities.
Provide technical leadership to resolve design and integration challenges for specialized hardware and software systems.
Manage program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Track engineering performance metrics and brief senior leadership on monthly program status.
Monitor cost and schedule execution to identify variances and develop recovery paths.
Ensure program execution and proposal development comply with engineering processes, policies, and safety standards.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers throughout every phase of the program lifecycle.
Direct engineering functional task leaders in systems, software, aeronautical, and specialty engineering operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of related experience.
Minimum 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
An active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery.
Demonstrated experience in Software/Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Project Engineering.
U.S. citizens.
