What you'll do

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to develop innovative technologies and product solutions.
Manage complex product development projects through all phases of the product lifecycle.
Plan and estimate project staffing, budgets, schedules, risks, and opportunities.
Develop program execution schedules and monitor progress to guide teams through required tasking.
Coordinate engineering proposal content by identifying scope and partnering on Basis of Estimates.
Communicate program plans, status, and issues to external customers and internal senior leadership.
Lead New Product Introduction Engineering Gate Reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant engineering experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Project Engineering in lieu of a degree.
Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry (preferred).
Experience with government customers (preferred).
Experience with bids and proposals (preferred).
Experience with Earned Value Management System (preferred).
Security clearance.
