Senior Specialist, Project Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day tactical activities for engineering programs and Global Trade Compliance projects.
• Oversee project cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering project management, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules while preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve complex project issues to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing and obtain required approvals.
• Conduct project analyses during phase-down to capture lessons learned for future programs.
• Use Earned Value Management and cost/schedule estimation to track project progress.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Expert in Earned Value Management and cost/schedule estimation.
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering functions.
• Experience communicating directly with customers and in front of non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge and experience using AI tools for staffing, forecasting, and other technical tasks (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
