What you'll do

Manage day-to-day tactical execution for engineering programs and Global Trade Compliance projects.
Oversee project cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet program manager and customer expectations.
Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, leadership, and engineering project management.
Monitor budgets and schedules while preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
Resolve complex project issues to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with resource managers to ensure proper staffing and obtain required approvals.
Conduct project analyses during phase-down to capture lessons learned for future programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Expert knowledge in Earned Value Management and cost/schedule estimation.
Experience coordinating across multiple engineering functions.
Experience communicating directly with customers and before non-technical audiences.
Knowledge and experience using AI tools for staffing, forecasting, and other technical tasks (preferred).
Experience in system level development, requirements definition, analysis, and risk mitigation for specific communication systems (preferred).
Space Communications Design, Architecture, Parts, Materials, and Process background (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
