What you'll do

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering and production teams to develop solutions meeting contractual requirements.
Interpret statement of work requirements into specific engineering directions for project execution.
Manage project planning, guidance, and execution within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Review, approve, and sign off on all technical contractual deliverables for the customer.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations on product status to customers and senior leadership.
Serve as the Technical Point of Contact for the technical evaluation of customer proposals.
Manage subcontractors and oversee aircraft modification and certification processes.
Execute projects across all contract phases including requirements, design, manufacturing, integration, and testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant prior experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant prior experience.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Experience with aircraft systems, maintenance, modification, and sustainment.
Experience preparing proposals, reviewing bids, and supporting technical evaluations.
Aircraft certification for Military Commercial Derivative, FAA Supplemental Type, and Military Airworthiness (preferred).
Expertise in ground, aircraft, space, or shipborne mission system integration (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
