Senior Solutions Consultant

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end technical architectures for enterprise implementations including integrations, data migrations, and hardware requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the plan, pilot, and rollout phases.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders to obtain architectural sign-off.
• Validate integration correctness and monitor architecture integrity during the pilot and rollout phases.
• Produce high-quality documentation including configuration templates and integration specifications for downstream teams.
• Identify and communicate architectural risks, workarounds, and technical debt throughout the implementation process.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations while ensuring consistency across large-scale portfolios.

What we're looking for

• 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation.
• Expertise in integration architecture, API frameworks, and data migration methodologies.
• Hands-on experience designing, testing, and validating REST API and webhook integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations while prioritizing complex cross-functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality documentation and handoff artifacts.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or team leadership.
