Enterprise Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Assess customer data center environments to identify current infrastructure and technology needs.
• Design and recommend tailored infrastructure solutions that align with customer budgets and business objectives.
• Develop solution proposals including technical documentation and specific configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and product training to sales teams and customers.
• Act as a technical resource for Field Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Networking, and Security portfolios.
• Present technical solutions to customers and respond to complex technical questions during meetings.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs to stay current on product updates and capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, pre-sales, or similar technical role.
• Working knowledge of data center technologies, including hybrid cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure solutions.
• Familiarity with hypervisors, containerization, software-defined data center (SDDC), and automation tools.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities and communicating technical value to customers.
• Understanding of leading technology platforms such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, AWS, Azure, VMware, and Nutanix.
• Knowledge of data protection, disaster recovery, and high availability concepts.
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure, cloud, or vendor technologies (preferred).
