What you'll do

Design and architect scalable, performant applications and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while communicating the business value of the platform.
Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof of value exercises, and sizing documentation to win deals.
Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate pipeline growth.
Proactively generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives and participation in industry trade shows.
Foster strong customer relationships to build internal champions and ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Relay field feedback to the product team to drive innovation and improve MongoDB solutions.
Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current on industry trends and product updates.

What we're looking for

Must be based in São Paulo for a hybrid working model.
Requires professional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
Ideally 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Requires 5 to 7 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting or popular programming languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
Must have experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premises.
Ability to travel up to 25% for work.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
