What you'll do

Design and architect scalable, performant applications and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while communicating the business value of the platform.
Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof of value exercises, and technical documentation to win deals.
Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate pipeline growth.
Proactively generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives and participation in industry trade shows.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Provide feedback from the field to the product team to drive innovation and process improvements.

What we're looking for

Must be based in Singapore and possess business fluency in English and Thai.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 3 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premise.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Experience selling databases, deploying with major cloud providers, or working on data engineering and AI/ML projects (preferred).
MongoDB Certification or a Cloud Provider Certification (preferred).
