What you'll do

Design and architect scalable, performant applications and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while communicating the business value of the platform.
Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof of value exercises, and technical documentation to win deals.
Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate new pipeline leads.
Proactively generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives and participation in industry trade shows.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Relay field feedback to the product team to drive innovation and improve MongoDB solutions.
Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current on industry trends and technologies.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
At least 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting or popular programming languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premises.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and business leadership.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
