Senior Solutions Architect As part of the Pre-Sales organization, the Senior Solutions Architect guides customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using a modern data platform. What you'll do

Design and architect scalable, performant applications and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while communicating the business value of the platform.
Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof of value exercises, and technical documentation to win deals.
Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate pipeline strategy.
Proactively generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives and participation in industry trade shows.
Review complex existing architectures to provide guidance on modernizing legacy systems into scalable technology stacks.
Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and relay field feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Ideally 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
5 to 7 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting or popular programming languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premises.
Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and business leadership.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
