What you'll do

Design and architect scalable, performant applications and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB.
Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while communicating the business value of the platform.
Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof of value exercises.
Proactively generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives and participation in industry trade shows.
Review complex existing architectures to provide guidance on modernization and improvement using MongoDB technologies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Relay field feedback to the product team to drive innovation and improve internal processes.

What we're looking for

Ideally 8-11 years of experience in a customer-facing role and at least 3 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting or popular programming languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premises.
Ability to communicate in Thai at a business level of proficiency.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Experience selling databases, deploying applications on major cloud providers, or working with data engineering and AI/ML projects (preferred).
MongoDB Certification or Cloud Provider Certification (preferred).
