What you'll do

Design scalable, performant applications and infrastructure on MongoDB for partner-led opportunities across the India region.
Guide customers through architecture reviews, modernization patterns, and technical best practices using MongoDB Atlas.
Support proofs of concept, technical validations, and sizing to help advance and close sales opportunities.
Build and maintain technical relationships with partner architects and engineers to reinforce MongoDB's value proposition.
Develop technical demos, workshops, reference architectures, and enablement content for the partner ecosystem.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive audiences and stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance in competitive situations to position MongoDB effectively against alternative solutions.
Gather field feedback to inform product direction and improve technical assets with internal teams.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Ideally 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Require 5 to 7 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with scripting languages like Python, Node.js, and SQL or programming languages like Java, C#, or C/C++.
Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on premises.
Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and how they integrate with MongoDB Atlas.
Ability to travel up to 25% for work.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences including developers and executives.
