As a Senior Solution Sales Engineer - Confluent, you will join the Customer Success Team to serve as a key technical advisor during the sales process and throughout the customer journey. You will partner with Account Executives to identify business needs, develop technical designs, and lead Proofs of Concept to drive adoption maturity. Your daily responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, delivering technical workshops, and providing hands-on guidance to help customers overcome roadblocks in their data streaming environments. The role requires expertise in event-driven architecture, data integration, cloud infrastructure, GitOps, and Kubernetes. You must be proficient in Java, Python, or SQL while possessing the communication skills to present to diverse audiences ranging from developers to executives. This position focuses on solving complex data processing challenges by advancing innovative use cases from conception to go-live.
