What we're looking for

Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
4+ years of experience managing Linux and open source systems.
4+ years of people management experience.
6+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
Experience migrating complex systems from on-premises to public cloud environments.
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, networking, and storage.
