What you'll do

Design and implement native Windows components using modern C++, Win32, COM, and system APIs.
Develop features for device redirection, including input, display, audio/video, and USB integration.
Build secure keyboard input solutions to protect against keyloggers on local client devices.
Develop performance-critical code paths focusing on low latency, stability, and multi-threaded execution.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across kernel/user-mode boundaries, drivers, and system services.
Optimize memory usage, threading models, IPC, and I/O in long-running Windows processes.
Manage the full software lifecycle including architecture, testing, deployment, and live-site debugging.
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high standards of maintainability and testability.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, or C#.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and other required security screenings.
Experience building native Windows applications or system components using Win32, COM, and system APIs.
Proficiency in C or C++ with production-quality, shipped code.
4+ years of professional development experience specifically on Windows.
Experience debugging performance, memory, and concurrency issues in native codebases.
Familiarity with device integration, low-level input, audio/video, USB, or driver-adjacent code.
