What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Master's Degree in Computer Science and 6+ years of engineering experience (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 8+ years of engineering experience (preferred).
Senior/Lead Engineer professional software development experience with at least two of C#/C++/Java, ASP.NET, and RUST (preferred).
Hands-on experience with distributed systems and services in the cloud (preferred).
Knowledge of functional programming principles, including immutability and type safety (preferred).
Experience with search, information retrieval systems, LLM applications, or vector indexes like DiskANN (preferred).
Proven ability to solve complex technical issues, communicate clearly in English, and deliver impact at scale (preferred).
