What we're looking for

Experience building and shipping software, automation, data products, or AI-enabled applications beyond the prototype stage (preferred).
Experience with Large Language Models, agents, retrieval, tool calling, structured outputs, or related AI application patterns (preferred).
Experience with APIs, authentication, enterprise data sources, testing, debugging, and source control (preferred).
Experience building internal enterprise tools or workflow products for nontechnical users (preferred).
Experience evaluating AI systems for quality, grounding, safety, reliability, and user value (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Azure, 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or similar technologies (preferred).
