What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent experience).
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Master's degree with 6+ years of software engineering experience (preferred).
Experience leading complex, cross-team engineering initiatives and driving technical decisions (preferred).
Experience improving performance, scalability, and reliability of large-scale web applications (preferred).
Experience modernizing large codebases through architectural improvements, refactoring, and performance optimization (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage agentic AI for software development, code transformation, testing, debugging, and engineering productivity (preferred).
