As a Senior Software Engineer on the Search & AI platform team, you will develop the next generation of compute and storage fabric for high-scale distributed systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features in a distributed environment, debugging and mitigating incidents in live production environments, and participating in regular team scrums to communicate with leads. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent).
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience in relevant programming languages (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience in relevant programming languages (preferred).
10+ years of experience building high-performance computing systems, parallel systems, or distributed systems (preferred).
Experience in high performance computing such as cache/memory optimization, GPU programming, compiler-based optimization, or network architecture design (preferred).
Theory and practice on approximate nearest neighborhood search (preferred).
Experience building Machine Learning or Deep Learning systems (preferred).
Experience in performance analysis and optimization for CPUs and GPUs with an understanding of software-hardware codesign (preferred).
