What we're looking for

Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (preferred).
5+ years of experience in a collaborative environment (preferred).
6+ years of professional software engineering experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade software systems (preferred).
Experience with AI-powered tooling, cloud-based environments, performance optimization, and advertising technology concepts (preferred).
