What you'll do

Develop and optimize Python-based applications and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and asynchronous programming.
Architect and manage relational and vector databases including PostgreSQL, Weaviate, and Pinecone.

Design and implement high-performance systems using event-driven architectures, queue handling, and Redis caching.
Create technical documentation, architectural guidelines, and conduct design reviews to ensure code maintainability.
Perform data processing and analysis using Python libraries like Pandas and tools like QlikView.

What we're looking for

Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the U.S.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in Python development including OOP design patterns, FastAPI, Flask, and asynchronous programming.
Experience in database engineering for RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone).
Expertise in AI technologies including LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management using AWS services such as S3, Aurora, RDS, API Gateway, and Lambda.
Experience with data processing tools including Pandas, Plotly, Matplotlib, and QlikView.
Knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven architectures using SQS or Celery.
