What you'll do

Build and deploy production-grade AI agents to solve marketing problems like content production, social media, and performance intelligence.
Embed with marketing SMEs to translate their workflows and domain expertise into functional, live agentic systems.
Develop and maintain a library of reusable LLM workflows and primitives for drafting, scoring, and brand-voice tuning.
Build and integrate with enterprise APIs including CRMs, CMSes, and marketing automation tools to unblock pilot projects.
Own the reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of LLM-powered workflows, including factual grounding and regression suites.
Design multi-agent orchestration patterns to manage handoffs and coordination between different marketing functional agents.
Translate technical gaps and integration requirements into prioritized tasks for the platform engineering team.
Publish internal and external technical content regarding agent engineering to share learnings and best practices.

What we're looking for

You must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
You must have 5+ years of software engineering experience working in production systems.
You must have significant experience integrating against enterprise APIs such as CRMs, CMSes, DAMs, and marketing automation tools.
You must have hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, tool use, and structured outputs.
You must have experience designing agent systems involving multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, and memory.
You must have experience building RAG systems, including embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval optimization.
You must have experience deploying LLM-powered services or agents to production cloud environments.
