Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents to automate marketing tasks like content creation, campaign management, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate directly with marketing experts to translate their workflows into functional, automated agentic systems.
• Develop and integrate custom tools and connectors for platforms such as CRMs, CMSs, and advertising networks.
• Build a library of reusable LLM components for tasks like drafting, scoring, and brand-voice tuning.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents including prototyping, hardening for production, and ensuring high reliability.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance regarding cost efficiency, factual grounding, and safety guardrails.
• Translate technical gaps identified during pilot phases into prioritized requirements for the core platform engineering team.
• Document findings and share internal write-ups to improve team practices and onboarding processes.

What we're looking for

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Possess 3+ years of software engineering experience working in production systems and integrating with enterprise APIs like CRMs and CMSes.
• Have hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, tool use, and structured outputs.
• Demonstrate experience with agent system components such as multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, memory, and error recovery.
• Possess exposure to RAG systems, including embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience deploying LLM-powered services or agents to production cloud environments with a focus on security and observability.
• Proficiency in English for communication in remote and asynchronous work environments.
