Senior Software Engineer, AI Agents

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy secure enterprise AI applications and tools for internal business units.
• Implement state-of-the-art security guardrails to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain highly available, scalable RESTful services using Python or other object-oriented languages.
• Develop agentic AI pipelines and integrate LLMs into production environments.
• Fine-tune and optimize machine learning models based on specific business requirements.
• Manage vector databases and orchestration tools like LangChain or LangGraph to support GenAI features.
• Design and implement cloud-native backend architectures using Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Evaluate and compare various large language models to determine the best fit for corporate needs.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant work experience without a degree.
• Master's graduates must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience to qualify.
• Candidates must have 1 year of AgenticAI Development experience.
• Candidates must have cybersecurity training or education.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and other object-oriented languages like Java, Go, or Rust is preferred.
• Experience with GenAI technologies, LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration tools like LangChain is preferred.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems is preferred.
