Senior Software Engineer AI

What you'll do

• Build and maintain high-performance PySpark ETL pipelines to power AI-driven accounting agents.
• Establish robust data connections to client sources using APIs and tools like FiveTran and Plaid.
• Architect and manage model registries, feature stores, and distributed training infrastructure for production deployment.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to automate LLM agent deployment, policy validation, and prompt evaluation.
• Develop observability systems to track conversation outcomes, factual accuracy, latency, and safety events.
• Implement end-to-end guardrails for AI agents, including prompt injection protection and identity-aware routing.
• Design and manage GPU/TPU resource allocation and automatic scaling for machine learning workloads.
• Enforce security measures, audit controls, and compliance reporting for all ML and AI workflows.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience with programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Expertise in orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or MLflow.
• Proven experience operating production pipelines for ML and LLM-based systems across cloud ecosystems like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar agentic system runtime management.
• Strong competencies in CI/CD, IaC, and DevSecOps pipelines integrating testing, compliance, and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and Newrelic for model and agent performance tracking.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
