Senior Software Engineer AI

What you'll do

• Build and maintain high-performance PySpark ETL pipelines to power AI-driven accounting agents.
• Manage integrations with client data sources using APIs and tools like FiveTran and Plaid.
• Architect and manage model registries, feature stores, and infrastructure for distributed training and inference.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate LLM agent deployment, prompt evaluation, and policy validation.
• Implement observability systems to track agent behavior, accuracy, latency, and safety events.
• Design end-to-end guardrails for AI agents including prompt injection protection and identity-aware routing.
• Establish performance monitoring and automated retraining triggers for production machine learning models.
• Manage infrastructure resources such as GPU/TPU allocation and cloud-based scaling for ML operations.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience with programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Expertise in ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or MLflow.
• Proven experience operating production pipelines for ML and LLM-based systems across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar agentic system runtime management.
• Strong competencies in CI/CD, IaC, and DevSecOps pipelines including testing and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or Newrelic.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
