Senior AI Agent Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and deploy production AI agents and automated workflows for analytics and reporting.
• Implement specific AI capabilities such as SQL generation, pipeline creation, and executive narrative generation.
• Integrate AI features with enterprise tools, data platforms, and existing engineering systems.
• Develop structured tool-calling patterns, validation logic, retry handling, and grounded output generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks for AI workflows including regression testing and failure analysis.
• Optimize AI workflows for quality, speed, cost, and maintainability.
• Contribute to AI engineering standards and reusable components across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must possess strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Must have hands-on experience building production-ready, LLM-enabled applications.
• Must be able to develop structured tool-calling patterns, validation logic, and retry handling.
• Must be able to build evaluation and testing approaches for AI workflows including regression testing and failure analysis.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
