What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with at least one of C#, TypeScript, or Python while being comfortable across all three.
Demonstrated ability to own and ship significant features or architectural components end to end.
1+ year shipping LLM-based or agent-based systems in production, including experience with evals, observability, and debugging (preferred).
Production experience with major agent stacks such as Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, AutoGen, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel (preferred).
Proficiency in AI-native development, including orchestrating multi-step workflows and reviewing Agent-generated code (preferred).
Experience standing up evals/observability for non-deterministic systems or contributing to the safety posture of multi-tenant systems (preferred).
Public artifacts showing how you build with agents, such as side projects, open-source contributions, or technical writing (preferred).
