What you'll do

Design and architect reliable, secure, and maintainable infrastructure and services for critical applications.
Identify operational risks, performance issues, and potential failure points before they impact service.
Install, configure, deploy, and validate applications across Windows Server and Linux environments.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Execute system patching and vulnerability remediation following established change-control procedures.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for service disruptions.
Maintain accurate runbooks, deployment procedures, and technical documentation for operational records.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or production support.
Must possess hands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
Must be able to install, configure, validate, and troubleshoot applications in deployed environments.
Must have experience performing manual or semi-automated builds and deployments using runbooks and scripts.
Must have experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or Chef.
Must possess knowledge of networking components including DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancers, ports, and certificates.
Must be able to perform vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and STIG compliance.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
