What you'll do

Design and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products.
Develop architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
Automate manual tasks to enable continuous delivery and reduce operational toil.
Manage and execute complex manual Change Management tickets to ensure minimal service disruption.
Troubleshoot large, complex, interconnected systems using a methodical approach.
Provide mentorship and training to junior Site Reliability Engineers to build team capability.
Support the onboarding of new services and tools to ensure they are operationally ready.
Deploy and maintain AI infrastructure, including clustered GPUs and LLM deployments.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in Austin, TX or Reston, VA.
Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Must have a technology-related bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Must be proficient in writing services/task automation in Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, JavaScript, or Java.
Must have deep knowledge of Linux internals, host-based networking, and Unix operating systems.
Must have experience in mission-critical environments and executing tasks under change management procedures.
Specific experience working with deployment of AI infrastructure including clustered GPUs and LLM deployment is required.
