What you'll do

Design and architect reliable, secure, and maintainable infrastructure and services.
Install, configure, deploy, and validate applications across Windows Server and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot operating system, service, application, patching, permissions, certificate, and connectivity issues.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Plan and execute operating system, middleware, and application patching using established change-control procedures.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
Support vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and STIG compliance.
Maintain accurate runbooks, deployment procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operational records.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Must have hands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
Must have experience installing, configuring, and validating applications in Windows Server and Linux environments.
Must have hands-on experience with one or more of the following: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or Chef.
Must have experience applying operating system, middleware, and application patches.
Must have working knowledge of DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancers, ports, and certificates.
Experience supporting federal clients or government-hosted environments (preferred).
