What you'll do

Design and architect reliable, secure, and maintainable infrastructure and services to meet functionality requirements.
Install, configure, and validate applications across Windows Server and Linux environments.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible to automate manual tasks.
Troubleshoot operating system, service, application, connectivity, and certificate issues in production environments.
Execute routine patching for operating systems, middleware, and applications following established change-control procedures.
Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
Support security initiatives including vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and STIG compliance.
Maintain technical documentation including runbooks, deployment procedures, and operational records.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related fields.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must have hands-on experience administering Windows Server and Linux systems.
Must possess skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or Chef.
Must have experience with network troubleshooting including DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancers, and certificates.
Must be able to perform infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance in cloud or hybrid environments.
Must be able to support cybersecurity requirements such as STIG compliance and vulnerability remediation.
Preferred experience includes supporting federal clients, Citrix technologies, or using infrastructure-as-code tools.
