What you'll do

Own the reliability, availability, performance, and capacity of production services in GovCloud environments.
Deploy, operate, and maintain production services while ensuring they meet security and compliance requirements.
Define and manage reliability practices including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and production readiness reviews.
Build automation to improve deployment safety, operational efficiency, incident response, and service recovery.
Develop software, tooling, and infrastructure as code to enhance system scalability and performance.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing capabilities across all supported services.
Lead incident response efforts, troubleshooting, and post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.
Execute resilience testing and Gameday practices to validate system behavior and recovery capabilities.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Production Operations.
Experience operating and supporting customer-facing production services in large-scale cloud environments.
Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles including SLOs/SLIs, observability, incident management, and automation.
Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Ability to develop automation using languages such as Python, Go, Java, PowerShell, or Bash.
