What you'll do

Serve as primary owner for the reliability and performance of production services in GovCloud.
Deploy, maintain, and improve production services while ensuring they meet security and regulatory requirements.
Define and operate reliability practices including SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and production readiness reviews.
Build automation to enhance deployment safety, operational efficiency, and incident response capabilities.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and observability across supported services for better system health.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field
Deep understanding of reliability engineering principles including SLOs/SLIs and observability
Experience operating customer-facing production services in large-scale cloud environments
Strong background in automation development using languages like Python, Go, Java, Bash
Knowledge of security, compliance, and operational risk management in production settings
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
