What you'll do

Serve as primary owner for the reliability and performance of production services in GovCloud.
Deploy, maintain, and improve production services in restricted cloud environments.
Define and operate reliability practices including SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
Build automation to enhance deployment safety and operational efficiency.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and observability capabilities.
Lead incident response and participate in post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
Deep understanding of reliability engineering principles, including SLOs/SLIs and observability.
Experience operating customer-facing production services in large-scale cloud environments.
Strong skills in automation development using Python, Go, Java, Bash, etc.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and operational risk management in production.
B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
U.S. Citizenship required due to government security clearance requirements.
