What you'll do

Design and architect infrastructure to ensure service reliability, scalability, and functionality.
Forecast demand for infrastructure and proactively manage capacity to meet current and future workloads.
Develop automation tools and scripts to monitor, analyze, and remediate issues within the infrastructure.
Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem procedures to prevent recurring failures.
Monitor service health and provide performance reporting based on gathered data trends.
Resolve technical issues across various services to ensure they meet established service level objectives.
Experiment with new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure performance and reliability.
Identify and execute improvements for performance bottlenecks and deployment processes.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, and Bash is required.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Chef, and Ansible.
Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically using Jenkins.
Proficiency in observability tools including Grafana and Prometheus.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Guard, and Oracle Observability and Management.
