What you'll do

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various technical roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines that meet hiring goals.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and close candidates.
Use data-driven insights and metrics to track pipeline health and inform hiring decisions.
Coordinate with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in high-quality hires.
Manage the candidate experience from initial screening through final offer negotiation.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 4 years of in-house technical recruiting experience.
Must possess subject-matter expertise in back-end systems, cloud products, and security recruitment.
Must have experience sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent specifically in Gurgaon.
Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must possess a data-driven mentality to shape recruiting strategies using metrics.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
