Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations

What you'll do

• Lead the RecOps team by defining vision and executing large-scale transformation initiatives across three core sub-pillars.
• Manage the TA technology stack, including vendor relationships, tool evaluation, implementation, and AI strategy experimentation.
• Use advanced formulas in Google Sheets to manipulate data, generate insights, and provide ad-hoc reporting.
• Redesign core recruiting processes and workflows to improve operational rigor throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Own and enforce global recruitment policies, governance standards, and legal compliance requirements like EEO/OFCCP.
• Act as a subject matter expert to lead cross-functional projects and align systems with broader People Team goals.
• Mentor and develop a junior team while ensuring their deliverables align with the overarching talent acquisition strategy.

What we're looking for

• You must have 5+ years of experience leading and executing complex recruiting operations initiatives.
• You must have 3+ years of people management experience with strong coaching and development skills.
• You must have deep expertise with core recruiting technologies such as Greenhouse, Gem, and Metaview.
• You must have a proven track record of managing a TA tooling roadmap and experimenting with automations and AI.
• You must be highly proficient in Google Sheets, including using advanced formulas for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
• You must have experience redesigning complex processes and aligning them with broader People Team systems and policies.
• You must have familiarity with TA policy, governance, and compliance regarding global laws and regulations.
• You must have a track record of building relationships and influencing cross-functional partners and leadership.
