What you'll do

Execute full-cycle executive searches for Growth leadership roles including sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and closing.
Partner with senior executives to translate business goals into specific search strategies and candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a proprietary network of senior, cleared defense talent and former military officers.
Act as the primary point of contact and credible representative for high-level executive candidates.
Manage data and reporting for growth hiring including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer rates.
Develop systems to convert founder-led referrals into a consistent and rigorous candidate pipeline.
Drive process improvements across the executive recruiting function to optimize search outcomes.

What we're looking for

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be based in Washington, DC, with the ability to be in the office four days a week.
Experience placing or hiring senior commercial leadership through executive search or equivalent operating experience is required.
Must possess working knowledge of the DoD acquisition ecosystem and career pathways between military service, government, and defense industry.
Must have established relationships within the community of ex-military-turned-industry senior leaders.
Must demonstrate executive presence and stakeholder management skills to work directly with C-level executives.
Ability to build systems that convert referrals into a rigorous pipeline while owning all aspects of the recruitment function.
Willingness to learn complex technology, programs, and customer nuances in a high-growth environment.
