Senior Quality Systems Engineer, Data Center

What you'll do

• Develop and improve a Quality Management System (QMS) for data center hardware using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Translate customer contractual obligations and quality specifications into internal requirements for design, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
• Lead engineering audits, documentation reviews, and stage-gate quality checks aligned with ISO standards.
• Convert Hyperscaler-specific requirements into internal controls, warranty protocols, and epidemic defect triggers.
• Analyze quality data and customer signals to identify risks and implement improvements via CAPA and Lessons Learned.
• Execute product traceability programs and manage lot/component genealogy within complex hardware supply chains.
• Establish and maintain key metrics to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with an electronics background is required.
• Master's degree and 1+ year of quality experience, or PhD, are acceptable alternatives to the bachelor's requirement.
• At least five years of experience in quality systems supporting complex electronic products is required.
• Experience planning and executing ISO 9001-based internal and external audits is required.
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards for electronic hardware acceptability in server or data center environments is required.
• Experience managing product traceability programs and lot/component genealogy in complex hardware supply chains is required.
• Familiarity with Hyperscaler quality requirements, such as OCP standards and customer-specific quality agreements, is required.
• Proven ability to lead structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and QMS improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
