What you'll do

Lead planning and execution of internal assessments for compliance with quality standards.
Conduct independent internal assessments and provide actionable feedback to teams.
Serve as primary Quality Systems lead for external ISO registrar engagements.
Champion "design-in quality" by influencing early lifecycle decisions and supplier engagement.
Analyze quality data to identify enterprise-level risks and drive improvements.
Develop and deliver quality training, process documentation, and templates internally.
Lead oversight and reporting for ESD compliance and Lab Compliance Audits.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with electronics background.
10+ years of experience in quality systems, product engineering, manufacturing, or reliability roles for complex electronic products.
Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lead Auditor Certification.
Extensive experience planning and leading internal and external quality assessments.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, validation, and release processes.
Proven ability to lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
