Senior Product Engineer

What you'll do

• Define stage-gate criteria and test coverage for semiconductor product development and qualification.
• Review process and technology selections to identify risks and develop de-risking strategies.
• Collaborate with packaging teams to review design, configuration, and Bill of Materials choices.
• Develop and execute test plans for production lots, corner lots, and pre/post-qualification.
• Analyze foundry WAT data and correlate ATE results with bench test data.
• Execute characterization data collection and analysis across various voltage and temperature points.
• Define qualification plans based on mission profiles and execute them to project FIT rates.
• Identify root causes for failures during qualification and drive necessary fixes.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering or equivalent experience in the electrical engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or foundry process operations.
• Experience in high-volume wireless SoC devices manufacturing (preferred).
• Master's or PhD degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (preferred).
• Strong technical background in RF product development, characterization, digital and Serdes testing (preferred).
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
