What you'll do

  • Use AI coding tools daily to develop features and build shared skills and tooling for those workflows.
  • Write and improve reusable instructions for AI agents to perform recurring tasks.
  • Own the technical approach for features and make independent decisions with incomplete information.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of software engineering experience.
  • 3 or more years of full-stack web development experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience each with React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
  • Experience building accessible user interfaces that meet WCAG 2.2.
  • Experience owning product or technical direction, such as shaping a roadmap or turning ambiguous problems into shipped outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in daily development.
  • Test-driven development with Vitest, Jest, or Playwright (preferred).
