What you'll do

Develop and deliver manufacturing, test, and failure analysis processes for new datacenter servers.
Lead the transition of products from engineering concepts to high-volume production.
Develop and implement comprehensive product development plans to ensure high product quality.
Provide DFX feedback during design reviews to improve manufacturing and testing outcomes.
Debug server platforms and perform minor rework, retesting, and unit recovery.
Analyze build dashboards to monitor throughput, yields, and failure metrics.
Create documentation and SOPs for product assembly, testing, and failure analysis.
Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure smooth factory assembly and test operations.

What we're looking for

BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
12+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven skills in design and manufacture of complex compute or networking hardware platforms.
Knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, HBMs, and system interfaces like Ethernet, PCIe, I2C, and SPI.
Familiarity with Linux command line and diagnostics/test software used in factory settings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global matrixed teams.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, typically 2-3 times per quarter.
Strong EE fundamentals, high speed digital design, signal integrity, and computer architecture (preferred).
