Your daily work involves performing statistical data analysis using JMP software, conducting characterization, and collaborating cross-functionally with foundry and design teams to root-cause technical problems. You will utilize knowledge of DFT, device physics, and ATE test flows to influence future ASIC designs for better yield and silicon bring-up. Preferred skills include experience with Advantest 93K testers, logic or SRAM characterization, and scripting in Python or Perl to solve complex silicon and package issues.
