As a Senior Product Development Engineer on the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will drive latest architecture designs to market for consumer, professional, and datacenter markets. You will design final test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for GPUs built on leading-edge process technology while identifying and resolving yield bottlenecks and wafer or package level failures on Automatic Test Equipment. Your daily work involves performing statistical data analysis using JMP software, conducting characterization, and collaborating cross-functionally with foundry and design teams to root-cause technical problems. You will utilize knowledge of DFT, device physics, and ATE test flows to influence future ASIC designs for better yield and silicon bring-up. Preferred skills include experience with Advantest 93K testers, logic or SRAM characterization, and scripting in Python or Perl to solve complex silicon and package issues.
