What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy WCAG 2.2-compliant user interfaces, GraphQL APIs, and Node.js microservices on Azure.
Write and improve reusable AI agent skills to automate recurring development tasks.
Build and maintain the internal AI coding tools and infrastructure used by the engineering team.
Propose roadmap items and translate ambiguous problems into defined technical requirements and user stories.
Conduct discovery, spikes, and prototypes to validate technical approaches before full implementation.
Measure and optimize work outcomes based on adoption, accessibility, performance, and reliability metrics.
Implement test-driven development and security best practices across the full technology stack.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5 or more years of software engineering experience.
3 or more years of full-stack web development experience.
2 or more years of experience each with React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
Experience building accessible user interfaces that meet WCAG 2.2 standards.
Experience owning product or technical direction, such as shaping a roadmap or solving ambiguous problems.
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in daily development.
Test-driven development with Vitest, Jest, or Playwright (preferred); deploying microservices to Azure with Docker or Kubernetes (preferred).
