Essential skills include statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, and strong technical problem-solving capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Establish and optimize production line processes to deliver new GPU boards at worldwide manufacturing sites.
  • Define test requirements and specifications for system-level manufacturing screens to ensure hardware coverage and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with DFx requirements for signal integrity, mechanical components, and assembly procedures.
  • Drive alternate component qualifications and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers to define assembly lines, test stations, and fixtures optimized for cost and throughput.
  • Analyze volume data and conduct lab experiments to resolve yield and test problems on the production floor.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to minimize waste and meet specific test time and DPPM requirements.
  • Support customer-facing teams by investigating and resolving issues during technical escalations.

What we're looking for

  • BS or MS degree in EE, CE, IE, ME, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in GPU/CPU development, system architecture, and high-speed interconnects.
  • Expertise in memory technologies (HBM, GDDR) and server RAS features.
  • Proficiency in statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with board or system level electrical design and mass production.
  • Proven track record of continuous process improvement through tools and automation.
